Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals seeks experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to launch and grow our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular conditions. You will drive prescriber activation, accelerate therapy adoption, and sustain utilization in complex healthcare environments.

You will build strategic territory plans, engage cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs, and collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience navigating integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex health systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate education to prescribers and differentiate Arrowhead therapies.
• Build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliant CRM activity documentation and timely field reporting.
• Represent Arrowhead at meetings and conferences with ~30% travel.
