Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support launch and growth of the cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will drive prescriber activation, accelerate therapy adoption, and sustain utilization within complex healthcare environments.

The role requires strong clinical acumen, strategic planning, and compliance, with travel ~30% and a competitive compensation package including base salary and incentive bonus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compelling, compliant clinical education and articulate data to physicians across specialties.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, office staff, and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services to align territory execution with enterprise strategy.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations and document field activity in the CRM.
• Represent Arrowhead at regional and national meetings with up to ~30% travel.
