Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran, for patients with rare and high-need cardiovascular conditions.

The role emphasizes clinical depth, strategic engagement with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs, and includes regional and national meetings with ~30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience with IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to physicians and PCPs.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies in a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Lead speaker programs and peer-to-peer engagements to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with market access and patient services to overcome access barriers.
