Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive the launch and growth of its cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran.

You will target prescribers, advance therapy adoption, and sustain utilization within complex healthcare environments. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, strong clinical depth, and a track record of launching specialty therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
• Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Analyze prescribing trends and access landscape to identify growth opportunities and high-value targets.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate education to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements to drive awareness and adoption.
• Navigate health systems and coordinate with Account Managers to ensure durable utilization.
