Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager for Tavneos Live to drive demand in an assigned geography.

The role focuses on building relationships with clinics, hospitals, and payers to expand access and prescription activity. You will lead live and virtual engagements, develop territory plans, and collaborate with MSLs, Field Access, and commercial teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical device or hospital sales.
• Strong ability to manage accounts and drive demand in a field-based role.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, payers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in live and virtual customer engagements.
• Develop territory business plans to meet or exceed goals.
• Engage caregivers, HCPs, case managers, and infusion centers across care settings.
• Build referral networks to centers of excellence and set up CoEs.
• Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and Amgen leadership.
• Promote Tavneos within labeling in a compliant manner.
