Job summary

Bally's in Chicago is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across the Bally's Chicago location. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication to fill talent needs aligned with our Born to Entertain philosophy.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, retail, or customer service recruiting preferred.
• Ability to obtain Illinois Gaming Board licenses and credentials.

Compensation:

• Target Salary Range: $80,000 annually

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use a computer and other office equipment.
• Occasionally required to lift, carry, push, or move objects of varying weight.

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum three (2) years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Hospitality, gaming, entertainment, retail, or customer service recruiting experience preferred.

Ability to obtain and maintain all required Illinois Gaming Board licenses and credentials.
