Bally's Corporation in Chicago, IL seeks a finance leader to drive budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes for a gaming and entertainment environment. You will partner with accounting and ops to align on goals and performance metrics.
Responsibilities include developing KPIs, financial models, and management reports; analyzing results; and providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance and team development.

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, partnering with accounting and operational leaders to support business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs), financial models, management reports, and operating metrics to evaluate business performance.
Monitor financial results, analyze trends, and identify risks and opportunities that may impact future performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
Perform variance analysis against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year results, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, scenario modeling, labor and productivity reporting, and other ad hoc analyses.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
Lead, coach, and develop finance team members through training, performance management, and professional development while performing other duties as assigned.
