Job summary

Grow Therapy is a mental health platform that connects providers, insurance payors, and patients through a three-sided marketplace. You will help clients navigate the platform with empathy across live chat, messaging, and phone, taking ownership of each interaction to reach complete resolutions.

This fully remote, full-time role offers comprehensive medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, retirement, equity, flexible time off, and up to 18 weeks of parental leave, plus a wellness

Qualifications

At least one year of customer-facing experience.
Naturally curious, asks thoughtful questions, enjoys solving complex problems.
Adaptable, dependable, and thrives in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

You’ll help clients navigate Grow Therapy with empathy and clarity across live chat, messaging, and phone.
You’ll take ownership of each interaction and work toward complete resolutions while meeting quality and productivity goals.
You’ll collaborate with Product and Support teams to spot recurring issues and drive improvements.
