• Ability to earn trust and create alignment without positional authority.

For our client, we are seeking a Special Projects Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that turn strategic objectives into clear execution plans. The Special Projects Lead will partner closely with senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders to move complex workstreams forward in a structured, outcomes-oriented way. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, crisp communication, and the ability to create alignment in ambiguous environments while keeping execution focused on measurable value.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 - $190,000 annually
