Ladders' client is seeking a Director, Project Management to lead enterprise PMO operations, strengthening governance and standard practices across the organization. You will coach teams, drive process improvement, and ensure high-quality execution of strategic initiatives while collaborating with senior leaders in a remote US environment.

This role offers remote flexibility with occasional travel and a compensation range of $117,400 to $176,100 per year.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Project Management to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This leader will guide enterprise project management operations and strengthen the discipline behind how strategic initiatives are delivered across the organization. The role is centered on advancing PMO standards, governance, and documentation practices while partnering closely with leaders to improve execution. You will coach and develop team members, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across cross-functional workstreams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,400 – $176,100 annually
