This remote, US-based role rewards strategic, customer-facing program leadership, with risk management and opportunities to expand partnerships. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, plus equity and strong benefits.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in clinical development for pharma or biotech.
  • Fluency in the pharma and clinical development landscape.
  • Direct experience managing customer-facing accounts or engagements.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving instincts.
  • Familiarity with biostatistics or quantitative methods preferred.
  • Location flexibility for remote work with some travel required.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Engagement Director to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will oversee customer engagements from end to end, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables stay aligned with internal plans. The Engagement Director will build trusted relationships with customers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and resource needs. This position is ideal for a strategic, customer-facing program leader who can drive accountability, surface issues early, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
