You will own distributed systems design, shape cloud-based architectures, mentor engineers, and contribute across the stack to improve reliability and product quality.

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive the design and delivery of scalable software solutions that support complex healthcare use cases.

You will own distributed systems challenges, shape modern cloud-based architectures, and help translate business needs into reliable technical designs.

In addition, you will mentor fellow engineers and contribute across the stack to strengthen team execution and product quality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 annually
