Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years managing programs, processes, and change in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of implementing frameworks at scale in a remote-friendly culture.
  • Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a plus.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead complex, high-visibility transformation and operational programs that improve how teams execute at scale. The position will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive clear decision-making across the organization. It will also establish data-driven frameworks, streamline processes, and strengthen transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in a remote-first environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $146,000 – $225,000 annually
