Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment Inc is seeking a Special Events Logistics Manager to provide administrative support to the Sales Department and oversee execution, servicing and detailing of events from SEO to operation. You will coordinate with the Special Events and Operations teams, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth transitions during events.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work varying schedules in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

Minimum one year in a customer service capacity.
Working knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, databases).
Written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Execute, service and detail assigned events once booked by the Special Events Department.
Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team.
Coordinate all aspects of operational set-up and break down of events (equipment and station setup).
Liaison between client and LN Team Members throughout Event.
Ensure seamless transition from Sales to Operations during the Event.
Handle all aspects of the Special Event once the SEO has been distributed.
