Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Special Events Logistics Manager to support the Sales Department and Logistics team. You will oversee event execution from SEO to operation, coordinating with production and ensuring seamless client transitions.

The role requires attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work flexible hours in a hospitality venue setting. Prior event or venue operations experience is valued.

Qualifications

• One year in a customer service role preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling deposits and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute, service and detail assigned events booked by Special Events Department.
• Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team.
• Distribute internal and external correspondence; maintain department files.
• Coordinate operational setup and breakdown (equipment, rental, stations).
• Coordinate with Production on event needs; liaison between client and LN team.
• Assist with SEO meetings and prep; ensure smooth transition to Operations.
