Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Special Events Logistics Manager to support the Sales Department and manage event execution from SEO through operation. You will work closely with the Special Events team, Operations, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.

The role requires coordination with production, contract negotiations, and accurate handling of deposits and payments. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced venue setting.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
• Minimum one year in a customer service capacity.
• Working knowledge of computers (Excel, Word, databases).
• Written and verbal communication skills; time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute, servicing and detailing of assigned events booked by the Special Events Department.
• Provide administrative support to the Special Events Sales Team.
• Coordinate all aspects of operational set-up and break down of events (equipment needs, rental needs, station setup).
• Serve as liaison between client, LN Team Members, Sales and Operations during events.
• Handle deposits/payments and post-event paperwork; enter billing information into POS.
