Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Special Events Logistics Manager in Phoenix to bring private and semi-private events to life at various venues. You will oversee from Sales handoff to final settlement, coordinating with clients, Sales, Operations and Production to ensure flawless execution.

You’ll work on-site to manage logistics, budgeting, staffing and post-event documentation, while maintaining high client satisfaction and strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years minimum experience in event planning, hospitality, events, venue operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, solutions-oriented with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to accurately track payments, deposits, and event-related financial information.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, detailing, and execution of assigned special events from Sales handoff through completion, liaising with clients, Sales, Operations, Production and internal teams.
• Coordinate all event logistics: equipment, rentals, setups, production requirements, staffing, and other needs.
• Participate in planning meetings; distribute final event details and ensure teams are aligned on requirements.
• Conduct client site inspections and walkthroughs; provide on-site coordination to ensure seamless experience.
• Lead event pre-shifts with Operations; communicate event details, service expectations, and client needs to venue staff.
• Identify and resolve event-related issues; maintain strong client and internal relationships.
