Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a role focused on coordinating live event operations and logistics in a fast-paced environment. You will support transportation, purchasing, meal coordination, and laundry logistics to ensure smooth show execution.

The position requires strong organizational skills, reliable work ethic, and ability to work long hours in various locations. Background checks and compliance with vaccination policies apply.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED.
• High school diploma or GED and four year degree in telecommunications-related field preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English.
• Ability to use standard office equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.

Responsibilities

• Transport crew to and from airports, hotels, stores, etc. before, during and after shows.
• Purchase various products/materials required at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center, etc).
• Facilitate crew meal orders with local restaurants.
• Coordinate laundry pickups with the tour at approved vendors.
• Cash reconciliation.
• Miscellaneous work on an as needed basis.
