ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is hiring a Special Education Teacher to lead instruction for students in Grades 6–12 with IEPs. The role focuses on designing personalized learning experiences, integrating software, and aligning with state standards in learning centers or classrooms.

You will deliver differentiated instruction, manage caseloads, collaborate with staff, and track progress to support student growth in a dynamic educational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education or a closely related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead instructional process for students in Grades 6-12 with IEPs.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in co-teaching or solo settings.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Track student progress and maintain accurate files and reports.
• Create detailed daily lesson plans aligned to standards.
• Utilize educational software and instructional technology.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators.
• Maintain a safe, organized, welcoming classroom environment.
• Respond to feedback and pursue professional growth.
• Support school-wide PBIS strategies and behavior expectations.
