Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is required.
• IL professional educator credential in process or current is required.
• IL SSE or LBS1 credential in process or current is required.
• Ability to obtain crisis management training certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional process for elementary students with IEPs.
• Deliver targeted instruction and develop personalized lesson plans.
• Utilize PBIS and diverse instructional methods to support student growth.
• Document progress and communicate with families and staff.
