Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher in Texas to empower diverse learners. You will develop IEPs, deliver targeted instruction, and track progress to meet student goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or related field.
• Texas EC-12 Special Education Certification (TEA) required.
• Idea knowledge and ARD process familiarity; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with the ARD committee.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in inclusion and resource settings.
• Monitor progress and analyze data to meet IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families.
• Promote positive behavior with BIPs and classroom strategies.
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
