Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. This woman- and therapist-led company values collaboration and meaningful impact in school-based settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Active Arizona Special Education Teacher license.
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
