Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in Sierra Vista, AZ. This in-person, full-time role focuses on 7th & 8th grade resource students with a collaborative, therapist-led approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field.
• Active Arizona Special Education Teacher license.
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
