Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the Anoka, MN area. The role is a split 0.5 FTE High School Teaching and 0.5 FTE Elementary Behavior Intervention Specialist, in-person and full-time (37.5 hours per week).

Candidates must hold a Minnesota Special Education license (Tier 3 or 4) and pass a background check and drug screening. Compensation is $45-55/hour with benefits, licensure reimbursement, and mentorship.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field.
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
