Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Resource Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the Phoenix/Glendale, AZ area. We seek passionate educators who collaborate with families and school teams to support students in 4th-6th grade with IEP goals and therapy plans.

This full-time role offers W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with company match, licensure/CEU reimbursements, and mileage between sites.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Special Education Teacher license.
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
