Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HQ eligibility required by start date per MN Department of Education.
• Two years of college study (60 credits) or an associate's degree or passing score on ParaPro/ParaEducator/ParaPathways assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing instructional plans for students with special needs.
• Support individual or small groups as assigned by the supervising teacher.
• Collect observational data and report to the teacher.
• Help prepare and maintain educational materials and equipment.
• Participate in staffings, conferences, and other meetings as requested.
