Evergreen Public Schools seeks a Special Education Paraeducator - Overload for Crestline Elementary School in Vancouver, WA. The role supports instructional activities for students with IEPs under the supervision of the Special Education instructor and building principal.

Position is part-time with specific daily hours and a 190-day schedule; starting immediately with eligibility based on state requirements and district interests. Benefits provided per district policy and collective agreements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passing score of 455+ on ETS ParaPro Assessment or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher, or 72 quarter credits / 48 semester credits, or completed Paraeducator Apprenticeship Program.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, provide special education services and supports to eligible students.
• Provide one-to-one and small group instruction as directed by the teacher.
• Assist in maintaining a productive learning environment and meeting IEP goals.
• Assess student progress and collect performance data for progress toward goals.
• Maintain accurate data and assist in testing and scoring as required.
• Follow behavioral plans and organize instructional materials as directed.
