New Story Schools in the United States is seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to support students aged 5-21 with autism and other developmental challenges. You’ll work closely with teachers to implement academic and behavioral goals in a compassionate, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning or behavioral disabilities (3+ months).
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies and classroom support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm and consistent during challenging situations.

• Support students with academic, behavioral, and self-care goals
• Implement IEPs and Positive Behavior Support Plans under teacher guidance
