Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking an Instructional Aide to support students in Grades 6-8. You will assist with implementing IEPs, provide supervision and guidance in classrooms and community settings, and collaborate with teachers to tailor instruction to each student’s needs.

You will participate in behavior support, documentation, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and contributing to accreditation efforts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with basic skills test.
• Associates degree or higher preferred in education or related field.
• Paraprofessional/ Educational Aide credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
• Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral interventions.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers.
