Chicago Public Schools is seeking a Case Manager to lead compliance and coordination for students with disabilities. You will chair IEP/504 meetings, coordinate evaluations, and oversee service delivery within the school in collaboration with the ODLLSS team.

The role requires a valid PEL in special education, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong data-driven decision making to support student outcomes. This position is based on-site at CPS facilities.

Competenze

• Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in special education or a Master’s degree in educational administration.
• A valid Professional Educator License (PEL) in Special Education or School Support Personnel with supervisory endorsement.
• Two or more years of experience in special education.

Mansioni

• Serve as the local school district representative at required IDEA and 504 meetings.
• Coordinate referrals for evaluations to ensure timely completion and proper documentation.
• Chair IEP and 504 conferences and act as the District Representative.
• Ensure data-driven decisions and proper IEP/504 planning within the school.
• Support staff training on IDEA and Section 504 requirements.
