Job summary

Council Bluffs Community School District is seeking a Special Ed. Specialized Paraeducator (BSP) for Edison Elementary School. The position covers 7.5 hours per day from 8:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The hourly rate ranges from $18.13 to $18.58 depending on experience. Candidates must meet one of several minimum qualifications, including 48 college credits, an Associate’s Degree, a Paraeducator Certificate, or the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).

• Must have at least 48 credit hours of college coursework.
• Associates Degree required or equivalent.
• Paraeducator Certificate or NCRC accepted as qualifying credential.
• All qualifications accepted as meeting minimum requirements.
