Job summary

Edinburg CISD is seeking a Special Education Campus Clerk for Economedes High School. You will support ARD meetings, manage eligibility and attendance records, and assist the Diagnostician and campus staff with PEIMS reporting.

The role requires TEA certification or a high school diploma with related experience, strong Spanish skills, and accurate data management. It is a non-exempt, 187-day position with a wage range of $15.51–$23.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• TEA certification requirements: High School Graduate or GED.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and vehicle.
• 30 college hours or 3 years related experience with children.
• Ability to type 30 wpm.
• Proficient in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist ARD processes and meetings scheduling.
• Record ARD reports and maintain eligibility documents.
• Verify attendance, PEIMS records, and student data.
• Disseminate information to teachers and staff.
• Support campus compliance and home visits as needed.
