Job summary

Stego Industries, LLC is seeking a Specifications Account Executive to drive specification opportunities with architects and engineers across the West Region. You will collaborate with the Pipeline Development team to shape strategy, promote Stego products, and influence design decisions that position Stego as the preferred brand.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in architectural sales, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural sales experience required.
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated profitability and market share growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote Stego products and secure specifications with architects and engineers.
• Engage design professionals with technical expertise and specification services.
• Create demand, strengthen brand presence, and support downstream sales.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to architecture/engineering firms.
• Identify and track construction projects with Stego opportunities.
• Analyze specification trends to inform strategy and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Lead Generation, Customer Development, and Sales teams.
• Maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders for brand loyalty.
• Use CRM and resources to monitor activities, accounts, and progress.
