Job summary

Stego Industries, LLC is seeking a Specifications Account Executive to influence and secure specifications for Stego brands across customer accounts and construction projects. You will work with architects, engineers, and design teams to promote Stego products and grow market share.

This full-time role is remote within the West region, with standard hours, competitive base salary of $85,000–$115,000 plus incentives, an auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits including health, life, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required).
• Minimum of 3 years architectural sales experience (required).
• 5+ years of sales experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of profitability and market share growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to promote Stego products and influence specifications.
• Engage with design professionals and provide technical specification services.
• Create demand and strengthen brand presence in design and construction communities.
• Conduct seminars/webinars and meetings with architecture and engineering firms.
• Track construction projects and accounts with potential for Stego products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to nurture relationships and opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
