You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, and field teams to ensure efficient, compliant execution.

The role emphasizes program governance, data analytics, systems support, and cross‑functional collaboration, with significant travel and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in compliance/healthcare/life sciences or related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations (FDA, PhRMA Code, Anti-Kickback Statute).
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end speaker program operations from intake to closeout.
• Oversee vendor performance and speaker bureau logistics.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify risks, and drive resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage speaker bureau onboarding, contracting coordination, and FMV documentation.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting to inform strategy and decisions.
• Provide cross-functional guidance to field teams and external vendors.
