Job summary

Lundbeck, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on brain health, seeks a Senior Manager, Speaker Programs in Boston to lead end-to-end operations for promotional speaker programs, ensuring compliance with SOPs and industry requirements.

The role partners with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, IT, Field teams, and external vendors to optimize performance, manage spend, and deliver reporting and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in compliance, healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance regulations (FDA, PhRMA Code, Anti-Kickback Statute).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end speaker program operations from intake to closeout.
• Oversee vendor performance across logistics, attendee management, reporting.
• Monitor activity against KPIs and SLAs; identify risks.
• Ensure programs comply with SOPs, processes, contractual requirements and compliance standards.
• Manage speaker bureau onboarding and contracting coordination.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Field teams, and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance and process consistency.
• Handle speaker program exception requests and escalation.
• Perform spend reconciliation and audit-ready documentation.
• Develop trackers, dashboards, and reports for program metrics.
• Lead field support and cross-functional execution.
• Support governance across related programs and drive automation.
