Job summary

INVNT is seeking 2–3 experienced Speaker Management contractors to support national conferences for the 2026/2027 season. Contracts run 6–8 months from Sept/Oct through Apr/May, with primary responsibility for speakers and onsite execution.

You will coordinate prep, bios, headshots, and presentations, while collaborating with content, registration, housing, AV/production, and client leads to ensure a high-touch speaker experience. Remote travel and event operations knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with conference speakers, content teams, or event operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned speakers through planning and onsite experience.
• Support speakers with session preparation, deadlines, presentations, and logistics coordination.
• Coordinate speaker deliverables including bios, headshots, presentations, agreements, and related materials.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless speaker experience.
• Maintain speaker tracking documents and provide status updates on deliverables.
• Develop and manage speaker communications and deadline-driven outreach.
• Assist with onsite speaker management including speaker rooms, schedule changes, and escalations.
• Help create a polished, high-touch speaker experience from outreach to event execution.
