KNAPP North America is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support spare parts sales and customer inquiries on-site in Illinois. You will handle data entry, inventory management, and reporting while coordinating with purchasing, shipping, and headquarters to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting spare parts sales and customer inquiries.
• Strong data entry and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage Spare Parts sales, repairs and returns at the Customer site.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to inquiries.
• Data entry into various systems.
• Data management of spare parts inventory.
• Create Excel spreadsheets and report generation.
• Keep track of trends and volume.
• Send order confirmations, track information and part returns authorizations to customers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Shipping Managers and headquarters to manage spare parts delivery.
• Assist with warehouse shipping, receiving and inventory audits.
• Filing and shipping documentation; match order confirmations, calculate shipping rates.
• Develop and update procedures; standardize work and cross-train staff.
