Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Spare Parts Administrator for the Lancaster, TX site. You will manage spare parts sales, repairs and returns at the Customer site, maintain data accuracy, and support cross-functional teams for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience handling spare parts sales, repairs and returns.
• Data management of spare parts inventory.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Spare Parts sales, repairs and returns at the Customer site.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to inquiries.
• Data management of spare parts inventory.
• Create Excel spreadsheets and report generation.
• Keep track of trends and volume.
• Send order confirmations, track information and parts return authorizations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Shipping and HQ for delivery of spare parts.
• Assist with warehouse shipping, receiving and inventory audits.
• Request quotations from local suppliers and HQ in Austria.
• File and ship documents; match confirmations and calculate shipping rates.
• Develop and update procedures for each task; cross-train staff.
• Performs other duties as required.
