Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts sales, repairs and returns at the customer site.
• Maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to inquiries and promoting KNAPP products.
• Data management of spare parts inventory.
• Create Excel spreadsheets and generate reports.
• Track trends and volumes for spare parts.
• Send order confirmations and shipment-related information to customers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Shipping teams and Austria HQ for parts delivery.
• Assist with warehouse shipping, receiving and inventory audits.
• Request quotations from local suppliers and headquarters in Austria.
• File and ship documentation; match confirmations and calculate shipping rates.
• Develop and update procedures for each task; standardize work and cross-train staff.
• Performs other duties as required.
