Responsabilidades

• Manage Spare Parts sales, repairs and returns at the Customer site.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to inquiries and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Data management of spare parts inventory.
• Create Excel spreadsheets and report generation.
• Track trends and volume.
• Send order confirmations, track information and parts returns authorisations to customers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Shipping Managers and headquarters to ensure qualified spare parts delivery.
• Assist with warehouse shipping, receiving and inventory audits.
• Request quotations from local suppliers and headquarters in Austria.
• Filing and shipping documentation; match order confirmations and calculate shipping rates.
• Develop and update written procedures for each task; standardize work and cross-train employees.
• Perform other duties as required.
