Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services Inc. is seeking a part-time RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, clinic, or school settings. Sessions typically run 2–3 hours, after 3pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for growth and ongoing supervision.

The role requires an Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification and a high school diploma. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, and travel between client homes is common. BTS provides support through training, supervision, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children.
• Experience with teleheathl ABA is strongly preferred
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Candidates with an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification.
• Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
