Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services in California is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to support children with autism in home or clinic settings. The position is part-time (2–8 pm, Mon–Sun) with afternoon/evening availability, offering meaningful ABA-based care and growth opportunities.

You must hold an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification; a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and background check are required. Prior experience with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification required.
• 6 months experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus; CPR & First Aid certification expected or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support to children.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record progress data accurately.
