Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS) in California is seeking caring individuals for part-time in-home roles with children. You will work 1:1 to build communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities, in client homes or clinics. Schedule is 2–8 pm, Monday to Sunday, offering meaningful hands-on ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Active, current RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification preferred or required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is a plus.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children in home, clinic, or school settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through engaging activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision sessions.
