Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services in California is seeking compassionate RBTs to work 1:1 with children who have autism or developmental delays. Sessions occur in the child’s home, clinic, or school, typically 2–3 hours, with afternoon/evening slots from 2–8pm.

We welcome entry-level candidates and certified RBTs, offering mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance into roles such as lead technician or clinical supervisor while earning $24–$25 per hour and benefits for those working

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification required.
• 6 months experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA/BCBA Supervisor.
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately.
• Communicating with families to provide updates and support.
• Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
