Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. in California is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home or clinic settings. Compensation is $24–$25 per hour.

Schedule includes Mondays and Thursdays 2–8 PM and Saturdays 12–8 PM, with afternoon/evening availability. In-home or in-clinic sessions, training provided, and growth opportunities within BTS. The role supports development of communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required for this position.
• If you do not have an RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification, you must complete a 40-hour RBT training course prior to employment.
• Must maintain an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT as a requirement for continued employment.
• Minimum 18 years of age and reliable transportation are required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through play-based activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and supervision.
