Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is hiring part-time RBTs to work 1:1 with children in home or clinic settings across California. The role offers flexible evenings and weekends, onboarding support, and ongoing supervision from BCBA-trained staff.

A strong preference for candidates with 6 months of relevant experience and RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is noted. Compensation ranges from $24 to $25 per hour with a $150 onboarding bonus after onboarding; mileage reimbursement and tuition discounts

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Candidates with an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification.
• Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
