Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, collections or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish highly valued for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and results aligned to branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat) and internal systems.
• Educate customers on insurance products and loan options to ensure understanding.
