Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access affordable financing and guidance throughout the loan process. You will listen to needs, present tailored solutions, and work to meet branch goals in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

The role offers base compensation of $20.00-$23.00 per hour plus incentive opportunities based on performance, with on-site work and standard Monday–Friday hours, sometimes with extended hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands.

• Build connections with customers; present tailored loan solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
