OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to empower customers with fast, affordable financing solutions. You will build connections, guide clients through loan processes, and support branch goals in a busy, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide network of branches. On-site schedule typically Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results toward branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships with customers through the loan process.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
